About
Public engineering is a concept of involving average poeple in world-class engineering - by providing rapid learning materials and infrastructure where people with only general technical or critical thinking skills - as opposed to specialized engineering knowledge - can participate in technical development. To do this, OSE provides Design Guides and Collaborative Literacy training to create Collaborative Genius.
Notes
This is what OSE Clubs do - engineering design for the common good.
A modular, construction set approach with admissible part libraries allows the overall problem (open sourcing of the entire technology base of civilization) to be feasible.
This is part of an overall OSE Strategy.
