Energy Content
- 1 cubic meter of biomethane has 36MJ of energy.
- With a 20% efficient engine - that is 2kWhr of electricity produced. Not bad.
- Compress to a 500 gal tank - or about 2 cu m - at 150 psi and get 40 kWhr of electrical storage. Good.
