Basics

• A Page where User:Eric dumps links pre "putting them in the right place"
• A more orderly, open, and non "500 deep bookmark" method
• Also acts as a public form of Bookmarks/tabs, so that even pre-being posted in a site, others can see the information and even iterate/be inspired by it, rather than have it "sit on a shelf"
• Should be promptly emptied

Misc Good Products

• EcoTank ET-3830 Wireless Color All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer with Scan, Copy, Auto 2-sided Printing and Ethernet
  • One of those printers with a vat, rather than cartridge system, makes it much less of a Monopoly, so cheaper, and also may allow for using your own Open Source Ink and/or doing crazy stuff like Bio-Printing or PBJ Printing
• Keurig K-Duo Plus Coffee Maker, Single Serve and 12-Cup Carafe Drip Coffee Brewer, Compatible with K-Cup Pods and Ground Coffee, Black
  • Can use single service pods (preferably the diy refillable ones, and not the Plastic Waste Generating Nightmare Ones...), or full coffee filters for a full pot
  • Also the water container is removable so you can just hold it under the sink or refrigerator water dispenser and be done
  • Bit pricy, but it is built like a tank and get it on a sale at some local place probably

  • Main downside is it doesn't have a separate Hot Water Spout, so anything other than coffee (tea, or running it empty for hot water) has a weak coffee taste added to it

• Any of the Shark Lift-Away Vacuums
  • Very modular; you can ditch the handle and base if you are just walking around Vacuum Dusting etc
  • Now if only i could have a Ryobi 40v Battery slot onto it!

• I found this a while back, but don't have enough content (or understanding for that matter!) to make a page on it, so i'll leave it here for now:
  • Mixed Conducting Membranes (Seems almost like a PEM but for ions, typically Oxygen, so one can make an Oxy-Fuel Combustion based power plant without needing an Atmosphere Separation Unit ?

  • I was originally looking into Diamond Like Carbon (and/or full on Monocrystaline Chemical Vapor Deposition formed diamond) due to the high heat conductivity, low friction, and high strength (although ability to be scratched =/= ability to be shattered/fractured i'd assume, so i'm intrigued about that
  • Either way in looking up that i came across this video ( "Why Do NASCAR Teams Use This Technology? | Calico DLC Coatings [TECH TALK" by "High Performance Academy" ] ~14 Minute Watch) where someone was discussing it's Automotive Applications
    • In the comments, someone mentioned:
      • "WPC and Deep Cryogenic Processing. You DCT first then WPC.. and applying Ceramic Coatings and Thermal dispersants to the correct areas does some amazing things"
  • WPC was some sort of super secret Shot Peening but with powder, as per This Motor Trend Article, "Shot Peening & WPC Treatment - Special Treatment, Part 1 - Tech"

• High-frequency impact treatment was a needlegun / tatoo gun like alternative to "Peening" with a Chipping Hammer used for Weld Treatment post-weld in the field that may be worth a look
  • I did remember when Welding Cast Iron you had to Peen it with the chipping hammer to prevent cracking, supposedly a very difficult to weld material nonetheless
