- Add your end date, listed above.
- Add a reminder for your weekly meeting times.The OSE development team will meet every Monday at 11:00 AM CST at a dedicated Google Hangout. If there changes to meetings times you will be emailed.
- Add a reminder to submit your timesheet before the Monday meeting. (Instructions below.)
- Log Items
- Take a quick look at Emmanuil’s Log as a sample of good log.
- Review Best Practices for Logs.
- Link to the following top of your log (for quick reference):
- Wiki Formatting Help if you might need it.
- Add the Timesheet link. This is how we submit time sheets every Monday.
- Add the Google Hangouts link. This is where we meet.
- Add the D3D for the general 3D printer project overview.
- Add the Development Team Log. This is where we keep all our working files and link our captured meeting videos (if you happen to miss one).
- Add your teammates' logs. At the first meeting you will be assigned to a team. Once you find out, refer to the Developer’s Page to find the links to their logs, and link to them on top of your page.
- Add the OSE Network. This is our official discussion thread.
- Post your badge at the top of your log.
- Post a public email address for yourself
- Join the Club
- Go to the OSE Developers page and take a look at the bios of your new teammates.
- Now post your own bio. Add your:
- Profile picture attached in jpeg or png format
- Email, LinkedIn page, website (optional)
- A quote from yourself about why you are contributing to OSE
- A short bio or few sentences including your relevant skills.
- Add your teammates’ emails to your contacts. (Are these currently listed anywhere?)
- Go the The OSE Network and Join it. Check out the featured groups and join the D3D Group. Say “Hi.”
