Basics

- A combination of the Open Source Microfactory, the Open Source Robotic Assembly Line, the Open Source Robotic Finishing Line, and the Open Source Cloud Manufacturing Construction Set

- Raw Material In, Finished Large Products Out (Cars, Boats, Aricraft, Tractors, Large Devices Like the CEB Press, Fully Assembled D3D Printers etc.)

Used For

- Fully Automated Production of pretty much anything, assuming it has power, and raw material input (Next Stop "Fully Automated Luxury Queer Space Anarcho Communism" Maybe lol)

Industry Standards

- Anything that uses vertigal integration

Existing Open Source Standards

-

Minimum Viable Product

- As cheap as possible

- As energy efficient + quiet as possible

- Safe

- Human Observation Optional (can run fully automated, or with a staffed monitering station/both)

- Versitile (as to prevent mass production) it can produce many things, but isn't tied to producing just one thing

Basic Design

Intermediate Storage Module

- A amazon style automated warehouse, albeit at a smaller scale, filled with raw materials, and frequently used parts (such as screws, bolts, coils, valves, 3D Printed PVC Pipe Fittings etc)

- Used to prevent a bottle neck, but no large surplus shpuld be kept to prevent wastefullness

- Is used before the "Ore Refinment/Scrap Recycling Sector", inbetween the "Ore Refinment/Scrap Recycling Sector", and the "Part Production Sector" , and in between the "Part Production" sector and the "Device Assembly Sector"

Ore Refinment/Scrap Recycling Sector

- Consists of all the "Materials Aquisition/Refining/Recycling" Section of the "Construction Sets" Page

- Ores + Chemicals + Recycling in

- Refined Raw Materials (Plastic Filament, Pellets, Wire Metal Sheets, and Pipe etc.) Out

Part Production Sector

- Consists of essentially all the Open Source Digital Fabrication Devices

- Refined Raw Materials (Plastic Filament, Pellets, Wire Metal Sheets, and Pipe etc.)

- All the Parts Used in the Facility Out

Module Assembly Sector

- Consists of a Open Source Robotic Assembly Line

- Parts In

- Modules of fineshed products Out (such as universal axis', or powercubes, or roof modules for the seed eco home)

- Can Be used for the "Device Assembly Sector", or these can be used as replacement/auxillary parts (such as a power cube or power supply by itself)

Device Assembly Sector

- Consists of a Open Source Robotic Assembly Line

- Modules In

- Assembled Full Devices Out (such as Lifetracs, Microtracs, Open Source Powerboats, Open Source Sailboats, CEB Presss

Product Finishing Sector

- Consists of a Open Source Robotic Finishing Line

Product Packaging Sector

- Consists of a Open Source Robotic Packaging Line

- Fineshed Refined Raw Materials, Parts, Modules, and Devices in

- Packages of Refined Raw Materials, Parts, Modules, and Devices Out (either standard boxes for smaller stuff or Open Source Intermodal Containers for Larger Stuff)
