Bio-Petcoke
Basics
- A Carbon Black / Charcoal / Graphite (by)product of Coking of Biomass / Bio-Petrochemical Intermediaries
- Most likely Bio-Tar / Vacuum Distillation Unit Bottoms
- Can be used for fuel, solid lubricant(Like graphite maybe?), as a component of Ink , or as a chemical componet (battery electrodes, filter material etc)
- Need to get data on composition + hazards
- Petrochemical petcoke is VERY hazardous due to vanadium and sulfur etc, biomass shouldn't cause this issue, but caution is key
