Open Source Automated General Purpose Maitanence Facility

Basics

- Basically the Open Source Automated General Purpose Factory but for matainance instead of manufacture

- User drives up, inserts the errors via a IO Panel, and the device does the rest

- Does NOT produce the parts or modules, that is done by the Open Source Automated General Purpose Maitanence Facility, or a small attached Microfactory

- This is not for low throughput as it isn't justifiable in that case ( a team of people and/or humanoid robots could do much better), also this is more of a business, and less of a personal use item

Used For

- Fully Automated, High Throughput Matainence of Cars, Trucks, Etc in a manner comparable to a automated car wash

Minimum Viable Product

- As cheap as possible

- As energy efficient + quiet as possible

- Safe

- Human Observation Optional (can run fully automated, or with a staffed monitering station/both)

- Versitile (as to prevent mass production) it can produce many things, but isn't tied to producing just one thing

Basic Design

Intermediate Storage Module

- A amazon style automated warehouse, albeit at a smaller scale, filled with raw materials, and frequently used parts (such as screws, bolts, coils, valves, 3D Printed PVC Pipe Fittings etc)

- Used to prevent a bottle neck, but no large surplus shpuld be kept to prevent wastefullness

Device Assembly Sector

- Consists of a Open Source Robotic Assembly Line

- Modules In

- Assembled Full Devices Out (such as Lifetracs, Microtracs, Open Source Powerboats, Open Source Sailboats, CEB Presss

Product Finishing Sector

- Consists of a Open Source Robotic Finishing Line

Product Packaging Sector

- Consists of a Open Source Robotic Packaging Line

- Fineshed Refined Raw Materials, Parts, Modules, and Devices in

- Packages of Refined Raw Materials, Parts, Modules, and Devices Out (either standard boxes for smaller stuff or Open Source Intermodal Containers for Larger Stuff)
