What is the Technology Readyness of this design (ie is the "planning" designation still accurate?)

Still talking with them, and due to the seemingly huge amount of rain i would think Rainwater Harvesting should be more than enough, but the development group for Project Kamp was discussing Water Wells and any Ecological Risks they pose etc. Before i mention this i'd like to just kind of hear how it stands currently.
