Functional Block Diagrams
Re: your comment to me. My thought was to have a page for each diagram set, which includes the flow diagram plus any notes (1 or more jpg files, depending how extensive the notes are). Using a page allows comments, discussion, links to design drawings, outside links, etc to be gathered in the same place as the diagrams. By their nature, FBDs are a hierarchy or tree structure. Using a category is not a good way to present that, since that is a flat listing. You need to be able to include links up and down the tree so people can follow it. A category page for FBD images and another one for the FBD pages is OK if that helps keep track of them, but not at the expense of losing the structure.
Introduction
This was started on a suggestion from Elifarley to create something that emulated P2P Foundation in a nutshell. I think the creation of the crash course page makes this effort irrelevant. Rather than trying to merge it with OSE, it is probably best to delete it.
Category: 1000_Squared
Why you preferred to remove the text at that page, instead of adding the delete tag ? It looked like a valid page. --Elifarley 03:35, 3 May 2011 (PDT)
Wiki wish list
You have added a redirect to Wiki maintenance, but then you added the delete tag. I think a redirect is usually better than deleting a page. Please see Wiki instructions#Deleting_Pages.
Shouldn't we remove the delete tag? --Elifarley 06:24, 3 May 2011 (PDT)
Combining categories
I agree about your suggestion to combine the Functional Block Diagram categories, since pages and media are given their own sections. At this point I think we have a reasonable organization for the topic. I would like to focus on making the diagrams now, and stop messing with the wiki layout until it is time to start linking the Systems Engineering task to the hardware design.
Please go ahead and delete the two empty categories.
Avoid adding {{delete}} tags to redirected pages
Please see this change: http://openfarmtech.org/w/index.php?title=Heliostats&action=historysubmit&diff=24525&oldid=16408
You have added a redirect to Heliostat and also the {{delete|no inward links}} tag. Can you please remove the delete tag for the Heliostats page and any other page that has both a redirect and a delete tag?
Also, I have updated the deletion criteria as suggested by Marcin.
Thanks,

Category: IT team member
Hi,
I see you have decided to redirect cat. IT team member to IT team: http://openfarmtech.org/w/index.php?title=Category%3AIT_team_member&action=historysubmit&diff=29658&oldid=22003
I was a bit unsure when I created the IT team member name, so I'd like to know your opinion on this: why do you think IT team is better than IT team member ? We could create a guideline to deciding on category or article names.
Also, please take a look at my comment at Category talk: IT team member

Deleting a page may cause broken links to appear
Pepe,
You have added the {{delete}} tag to the My resume page.
But if I simply delete it, we will get 4 pages with broken links.
If a page is to be deleted, all pages pointing to it should be changed BEFORE the deletion occurs, to avoid broken links.
I have updated the wiki instructions to account for this.
Thanks, --Elifarley 03:53, 4 July 2011 (PDT)
