Categories
- Put everything in the categories listed below
- Go thru Special:Categories and root out all the categories that are not in the list below.
- Go thru Special:Allpages and Special:UncategorizedPages and insert templates for the appropriate category at the top of each page. This will A) create a navigation bar and B) put the page in the mediawiki category. Templates are made by two curly brackets and an equals sign, like this: {{Category=Beekeeping}}
I'm finding it relatively easy to categorize the pages to do with different technologies, but pages about collaboration, guiding philosophies, organizational things, project management etc are more slippery. We will need a well-structured framework for these too.--Conor 01:49, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

Pictures, pictures, pictures!
Please add pictures to as many pages as possible. It doesn't matter if they don't provide extra information; they just make the page nicer to look at.
Organizing the information on each tool
Each of the tools (listed in Category:RepLab tools and Category:Farm equipment) should have a standardized, clear, navigable set of instructions. I suggest that each tool have a main page, with links to the following sub-pages displayed in a table like this -
