OSE Education Strategy

About

OSE's stategy is to provide Integrated Education. This addresses the gap of siloed, narrow, disciplinary thinking that is typically taught in school - which is no longer suitable in a rapidly changing world where complexity is increasing. An integrated education system teaches purpose, how to learn - and then actual subject matter across an interdisciplinary array of topics.

Details

• OSE Psychology leads to the OSE Ethic and the OSE Philosophy as the background for the Why of OSE - leading to the OSE way (of doing things) and its communication to participants and to the outside. The OSE Why has been 20 years of focused development, along the physical and organizational prototyping that has occurred over the last 2 decades.
• Consistent with vision and going from good to Great, the long term strategy is integrated education to transform education.

OSE focus combines:

• Collaborative, open, and inclusive approach, as in OSE Philosophy
• Education
• Production
• Transformative enterprise based on mundane enterprise with a vision.

Overarching Goals

• OSE's education is ultimately about learning Ultimate Responsibility to function as a global steward, a well-directed movement entrepreneur, and applied moral philosopher.
