- An economy that (at the relevant Scale ) is:
- Fully "Developed" (In that the area of study has existing widespread Infastructure (outside of maybe Ultra-Rural areas? ) )
- Decentralized (at least to the extent where they can no longer be exploited for cheap labor, and low enviromental protections/government regulation)
- Post-Fossil Fuels ( Fossil Fuels are no longer used (may be varying levels of this, such as some relevance in the Chemical Industry etc)
- Can essentially describe the "Optimal End-State of an Economic System" (at least in OSE's (if even that, the whole "not an official statement" disclaimer) opinion)
