Apple Cider Vinegar
- Impure but can be cheaper + less Embodied Energy etc
- Flavor can be useful for some cooking too
- Malt Vinegar and Rice Vinegar etc also fall in this category
White Vinegar/ Distilled Vinegar
- Usually pretty dilute, but mostly pure
