Sequencing Rationale
- Currently, we have 2 Machine Designers. We intend to build our team to 6 machine designers by March.
- When we reach 4 machine designers, we will need to recruit a Product Lead to oversee the Machine Designers. The Product Lead is initially responsible for machine documentation, until a Documentation Director is recruited.
- To facilitate an increasing number of contributions from remote collaborators, we will recruit a Community Manager, whose role is primarily to interact with and distill remote contributions that are relevant to the Critical Path.
