Sequencing Rationale

Currently, we have 2 Machine Designers. We intend to build our team to 6 machine designers by March.
When we reach 4 machine designers, we will need to recruit a Product Lead to oversee the Machine Designers.
The Product Lead is initially responsible for machine documentation, until a Documentation Director is recruited.
To facilitate an increasing number of contributions from remote collaborators, we will recruit a Community Manager, whose role is to lead remote developers along the Critical Path.
With an active development, remote collaboration, and documentation process - an Operations Manager is recruited to negotiate all the moving parts.
Once active product development is in place, the Production Director is recruited to create a production infrastructure for bootstrap funding.
