The Part Library is OSE's repository of accurate 3D CAD files. These should be posted as individual CAD files for all the parts, modules, and full machines. The material below focuses on the tractor, but this applies to all machines from 3D printers to the Extractor of Aluminum from Clay.

LifeTrac Modules

We are listing all the modules here for porting to FreeCAD format. List here is under development, and could use several Ph.D. theses in machine design to complete.

LifeTrac Construction Set Primitive Modules. These modules are parts that go into a tractor, and can be used to build various other related heavy machines.

Power Cube Library. Stable version of the Structural Power Cube from 2015. .
Stock Tubing Library. Hole size is 1-1/8", and 1/4" and 1/2" wall thickness is used.
Stock Bonding Plate Library, 2013.
Universal Rotor Library. Universal Rotor with 3" shaft, built in 2013. See Cory Log.
Drive Sprocket Assembly Library. Sprocket used to drive bulldozer 2015 tracks. Clamps around 3" shaft for complete interchangeability.
Pivot Plate Library. See info at Stock Pivot Plate, 1/2" steel.
Idler Mount Plate Library. Idler mount for idlers with 3" shaft, as used in 2015 calfdozer build.
Idler Tensioner Plate Library. Idler tensioner plate for idlers with 3" shaft, as used in 2015 calfdozer build.
Idlers Library. 3" idlers for Bulldozer, rated for 8000 lb bulldozer module weight. Used in 2015 proof of concept.
Idler Clamp Library. Clamp for fixing 3" shaft of idler from lateral motion.

Modular trailer built from perforated tubing and a tractor-trailer axle. Next step is to convert this to a hydraulic dump trailer.
LifeTrac 4. Proper loader arm geometry was used. Modular Wheel Units were used. Last iteration prior to perforated tubing and structural power cubes.
Backhoe prototype 1. It was built as a front attachment for LifeTrac 1, and side to side motion was obtained via articulation of the tractor.
