OSE's approach focuses on talent development within its developer pool, such that an integrated skill set of technical competency is gained as part of OSE collaboration. These competencies span the whole range of skills necessary to become an Integrated Human. While we begin with hard skills such as CAD on our mission to remove material scarcity, we include other arts, humanities, and sciences in the mix. We believe in interdisciplinary learning, which allows for a proper understanding of how one human activity relates to other parts of the world.

Required reading for all OSE Developers and others who are interested in collaboration:
The OSE Crash courses are intended to be definitive and dense surveys that allow the viewer to scan the content rapidly, with links to supporting material.

#Links are provided as interactive click events
#Pace is super fast and comprehensive
#Video edit is tight
#Tight script focuses on breadth rather than depth, where the depth can be accessed readily via links
#Intent of definitive tutorial on a given subject
#OSE Linux is used so there are no software conflicts, and so that everyone has a uniform copy of all required files. Intent is to remove software issues from getting in the way of learning.
#These are different from Lynda.com in that these are more streamlined: software issues and settings are eliminated; used for specific key purposes; sample files are already available in the OSE Linux distribution.
