Here is the present status, as of Feb. 7, 2009 - a 2 month plan. See the status of individual projects below.

Some more details for the 2 month plan above are:

Habitat construction:

• Nathan is working on the Solar Microhut design.
• LifeTrac upgrades involve larger motor mount bolts, a one day task.
• MicroTrac is in progress.

Agroecology:

• Vegetable Plan needs to be outlines for raised bed chinampa system. We can make reaised beds with various scrap material from on-site.
• MicroTrac needs to be designed. We're presently looking at building it, with a 12-15 hp off-shelf diesel engine. We will have chipper, tiller, mower, and baler attachement.
• Site Plan - permacultural design of entire facility needs to be drawn out, including 30 connected Solar Microhuts.

Fabrication:

• Metal melt-down of metal scrap, such as broken tractors replaced by LifeTrac - by developing the metal melting furnace Foundry. This is a high priority item, needs project leader.
• Torch Table needs to be built, 3D design is in review.
• Open Source Lathe required a day to draw up in 3D, and is to be in-sourced to True Fans.

Energy:

• Solar Power Generator - see Distillation on the topic
• We are now finishing the Babington Burner application to the hybrid masonry stove. Marcin is project leader.
• Steam Engine Construction Set needs work. Engine design work is not yet complete as of 2.7.09.
• Flash Steam Generator needs Project Leader.

Goals

• We need people to work on projects
  • Need more buildings for people

• need infrastructure for buildings for people
  • Funding for basic infrastructure by March 2009
    • So we need $8000 to jump start infrastructure

• need food for people

• need production tools for projects
