- Mar from CircularKnitic suggested using solenoid to operate the needle movement
- due to the limited travel distance, i think some sort of lever with a bearing will be needed
- will need to transfer the lever's circular motion into linear

- perhaps could define p4clear possibly as low as 1/2 of -p4rampH? maybe -1/3*p4rampH ?
- this would reduce needle travel and shrink mountain

- started a BOM scad file to auto generate bolt size/length/count output
- formatting is not very user friendly but nice to have calculated output

- changed to a printed drive gear
- avoiding a $6 single source part
- added holes for stepper motor
- could use regular DC, but in the future might use steps to customize mountain use
- changed table top to octogon, added holes for mounting legs
- calculating tabletop OD using stepper motor width and gear sizes
- added some needles to the full assembly model to check placement
- need to add bolts to smallbearingholder to make sure the nut/head dont hit anything
- changed to a printed drive gear
