Talked to Nate Mook about Enterprise Jams for pilot project enterprises on GVCS. Kaustun De Biswas on Sunglass, with collaborative development of desktop lean 3D CAD for use with Sunglass. Renee on the next Collaboratorium. Todd Porter on collaboration architects meeting. David Lang of OpenROV on docking in Oakland. Migrating towards Mechatronics Power Electronnics Precision Machining pattern language for rollout of GVCS as a set, with individual machines covered by Enterprise Jams for economically self-sustaining pilots, and Jams for design sessions prior to Enterprise Jams. So it would be Design Jam -> Enterprise Jam, where we monetize the participation of experts via high ethical attractiveness of event, fueled by mission clarity portrayed in explainer media production by a person like Rob Kirk. Shift to Community Managers as the Talent Wranglers, with technical direction by Marcin in Design Jams. Involve Jason Naumoff.
