Working on DXFs for CNC torch cutout in [[Christmas Gift to the World]]. Rough cut of [[Project Manager Role Description]]. Edited first 12 pages of [[Character Stand and Promise]]. Secured CNC Torch Table cutting ability from [[Ben Horton]]. Reworked frame design for CNC Torch Table fabrication, including compression chamber spacers to eliminate unique part count for spacer. Going to 3.5" u-channel weldment lips to ensure no warping occurs.

Adding to [[Strategic Partnerships]]. Talked to [[Emily]] for 2 hours on branding work - concluding on campaign to recruit [[Project Director]] as a specific campaign. Will visit Emily about Jan 17, first half of January on Documentation and Development Guidelines development with [[Catarina]] - in preparation for graphic design with [[Emily]]. We will work out media strategy/chapters strategy at that time as well. Wrote section on Radical Transparency of Conflict Resolution Process at [[Conflict Resolution#Radical Transparency]]. Beginning on the '''[[OSE Christmas Gift to the World 2012]]'''. Getting introduced to [[Leslie Koch]] on potential [[Governor's Island]] project on urban ag + tractor. Adding to Strategic Partnerships. Talked to Emily for 2 hours on branding work - concluding on campaign to recruit Project Director as a specific campaign. Will visit Emily about Jan 17, first half of January on Documentation and Development Guidelines development with Catarina - in preparation for graphic design with Emily. We will work out media strategy/chapters strategy at that time as well. Wrote section on Radical Transparency of Conflict Resolution Process at Conflict Resolution#Radical Transparency.
