Adding to Strategic Partnerships. Talked to Emily for 2 hours on branding work - concluding on campaign to recruit Project Director as a specific campaign. Will visit Emily about Jan 17, first half of January on Documentation and Development Guidelines development with Catarina - in preparation for graphic design with Emily. We will work out media strategy/chapters strategy at that time as well. Wrote section on Radical Transparency of Conflict Resolution Process at Conflict Resolution#Radical Transparency. Beginning on the OSE Christmas Gift to the World 2012. Getting introduced to Leslie Koch on potential Governor's Island project on urban ag + tractor. Staring Documentation Standards. Parker finishing True Fans Handling Process - sending out first email since months re 1-Day Production Run.
