Exemplary Design Information
- Stainless steel outer walls
- 2 access doors, both hinged opening downward and outward
- Red Button: hold to add steam to internal volume
- Button: On/Off
- Timer: no trigger functions, just normal timer
- Temperature Reader: Analog
- Switch: Clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of axle
- Tray: Rectangular steel plate with 2 additional plates on top of same size but with non-stick material
- Axle: Horizontal, left to right orientation as seen after opening access doors. Connected to trays via frame; loose connection allows trays to remain parallel to floor (so the baked goods don't fall) even while the axle rotates.
- External connections: 1 electric outlet (AC and GND), 2 pipes (water inlet, natural gas inlet)

Development
- Access Door
- Handle with which to grab the door
- Metal plate forming the bulk of the door itself, with a rectangular cut in the middle to fit a window
- Glass window that allows vision into the oven from outside
- Hinge on which the door rotates for opening and closing
- Gasket as heat insulation material between the door and the oven
- External Structure
- Stainless steel plates as the surface faces of the box-like bakery oven structure
- Angles that rigidly hold the surface plates together
- Electronics
- Power supply that provides electric power in the necessary voltages and form for bakery oven control and operation
- Heating element that converts electric energy into thermal energy
- On/off switch for the heating element
- Timer for precise baking schedules
- Temperature reader to permit accurate temperature observation from outside and equilibrium temperature control
