2014 Infrastructure - added priority list and requirements. Working on Soil Mixer. Kakwa Ecovillage Planning. Logs of Spring Breakers:

Setting Up Development Spreadsheets. Updated Development Template to March edition. Nonprofit umbrella organization. Legal, insurance, tax, audited financial report, employee issues: Employer of Record, or is it on our payroll. Several grants at $100k. Question: who is giving the grants. Simple question: who is taking the responsibility. Managing RHD - did a 15% fiscal sponsor fee.

Model subscriptions - people pay for viewing the workshop in realtime.

Alternative_Spring_Break_2014 full, 11 people signed up. Went over Kakwa Ecovillage Planning. Subzero weather in Missouri, and the experimental microhouse water pipes had a leak. Still need to figure out the internet for the microhouse - looking at satellite, as the 2 mile polorized antenna is not cutting even 500 feet. Expaning chimney for longwood stove from 6 to 8 inches, installing radiant propane heater for Spring, and upsizing on-demand propane water heater. Beginning experimental blackwater maceration + worm bed system.

Pepared water connection to HabLab. Met with Fair Share Farm regarding FeF Farm Plan - 1200-1600 row feet of 12-15 summer and fall crops.

Website 2014. 2 Year Plan. Frank Golbeck agrees to be on Review Board. Review process concept: Review Board works 1 hour on Month Plan Gantt/Critical Path Diagram with person on OSE team, and reviews at end of month - making sure to capture learnings of planned/actual start dates and planned/actual time in Gantt. Frank, Catherine, Bob Fishman, and Renee are good Board candidates, Frank approved already. Key: streamline process so 1 hr yields meaningful Critical Path and Spreadsheet - have these all set up prior to meeting, and meeting is a live edit.
